Return Policy and Cancellations
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you wait longer than 30 days to make your claim, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) returned.
Merchandise credit: Please allow 10 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged (excluding original shipping charges) to the credit card on which your order was originally charged.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must contact us at email@example.com and we will refund the entire amount of your order. Please keep in mind that this is only if your order has not been shipped. If the order already has been processed, please return the item following the aforementioned guideline.
